Pharmacy Alternatives Texas is located in historic Austin. PAL TX serves the entire state of Texas from the Mexican border north, east, and west as far as Texas goes (and it goes and goes ...). PAL TX has been open since June 2006, providing pharmacy services to clients diagnosed with developmental disabilities who live in residential facilities in the community.

PAL TX offers tours of the pharmacy to our customers and potential customers. These tours give our customers the opportunity to meet the people they talk to on the phone every day and to view the pharmacy's entire work process ... from the time an order comes in until it is shipped out to the customer. There are many steps in this process and it creates a greater understanding in staff, nurses, and others when they can see it - up close and personal.
